The Transportation Agency for Monterey County (TAMC) is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide property management services for leased properties owned by TAMC, future leases and buildings, and management of Monterey Branch Line right-of-way properties adjacent to Del Monte Boulevard, Seaside, CA from south of Contra Costa Street to Playa Avenue. Services include lease administration, property inspections, tenant coordination, maintenance coordination, encroachment and compliance monitoring, reporting, lease renewals, and related real estate support.
